Proof of Consent

Glentronicsconnect.com collects consent from their users before sending SMS notifications through Twilio. These notifications are only to notify the user of a potential problem with their sump pump system. The following will explain the process.

Opt-In Consent Method

During the setup process of the Glentronics WiFi module, the user is asked to input their mobile number which will be used to receive SMS notifications. This is not a required field, and the setup process can be completed without filling it out.

Once the Glentronics WiFi module is set up, the user can login into the account, go to the device page and input their cell phone number. This is only done if the user wishes to receive SMS notifications.

Opt-Out Management

The user can opt out at any time by doing the following:

• Removing their cell phone number from the devices page.
• Disabling SMS notifications on the settings page.
• Disables all notifications on the devices pages.
